We ship A1MATE products from Poland to customers across Europe and selected international destinations.

Available shipping methods and delivery costs are shown during checkout and depend on the destination country, order value and selected carrier.

Orders are normally processed after payment has been received. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or on the relevant product page.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or other local charges may apply. Unless explicitly included in the checkout price, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Depending on the destination and selected checkout option, payments may include:

• credit or debit card,
• online bank transfer,
• PayPal,
• other electronic payment methods available through our payment provider.

All payments are processed securely through the payment provider selected during checkout.

For business customers, invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
